mixed feelings about iconic hotel
impersonal check-in uninterested staff
the room was nice and neat enough.
i was excited about staying here, but i left feeling disappointed. the staff at check-in seemed uninterested in providing a personal welcome. i was like just another credit card walking through the door and the staff member was just pushing us through.

Historical Heritage and AMAZING Service!!!

I recently enjoyed my stay. Sandeep Ghuge assisted me with all my needs. He was attentive. Nidhi and Dhruv made check-in and check-out smooth and comfortable. The historical heritage walk was enriching. I enjoyed it SO much!!!
Upon arrival at the Tower side, I noticed a hubbub of tourists and a lack of available staff.

Really good Stay Experience

The room was beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate. In-room dining offered prompt service, a valuable amenity. The hotel's corridors displayed historical character. Breakfast featured a wide range of dishes.
The process to enter the hotel required going through metal detectors each time. This was a minor inconvenience when visiting the Starbucks located at the back of the building.

The building is set against the Arabian Sea. The location is near the Gateway of India. The sea breeze is noticeable. It is an excellent area to explore historical places and enjoy the waterfront.

music show carriage ride helpful hostess responsive manager
i loved the light and music show by the pool. i also enjoyed the carriage ride and historical tour. the hostess and sea lounge staff were amazing as they met all my requests. i was also impressed with the duty manager who was super responsive.
the windows were dirty with dust. they really need cleaning.

special effort thoughtful intern attentive needs
during my stay, the team made every effort to ensure i felt special. i was delighted when prachi, the intern, surprised me with a pack of chocolates. she also presented a picture of me from a past event, it was very thoughtful. suruchi maiti at the club was attentive to our needs, it eased our experience.
during my visit, i noticed a lack of clear information about certain amenities. i was unaware that warm water and rose petals for a foot soak were available only upon request, this was disappointing.

My executive suite included access to the club loungewith complimentary cocktails and snacks. the professional chauffeur provided airport drop-off service. the hotel policy is excellent. They fulfilled every request with enough notice. each staff member, from valets to managers, provided really good service.
